Our Philosophy about Food

We have been preparing meals at Vierseithof for 10 years with the following criteria: Regionality, seasonality, freshness, gentle cooking procedures, specialist preparation combined with the highest degree of creativity
With this in mind not only are fine tastes and enjoyment key points, but we also offer extremely healthy ingredients whilst maintaining and supporting the local workforce. Our meals contain no conventional salt, as this is an industrial and chemical product which poisons the human body. We only use pure sea salt or mineral salt from the salt mines in the regions of Hindu Kush and Kashmir (in the Himalayas) when flavouring our meals. Deep in the mountains are salt reserves from ancient oceans which have been protected from harmful pollution for over 200 million years. This salt contains 84 different elements which correspond exactly with the elements which make up planet Earth and which can also be found within our bodies. The fluids in our bodies contain the same salts which can be found in seawater and human blood is a kind of seawater with up to 84 elements. Over the years even food manufacturers from our own region are specialising more and more in healthy animal handling or biological cultivation. We work closely with these suppliers. We improve these dishes at your table with high quality cold pressed oils. The harmonious composition of various exquisite oils provides meals
from pasta, vegetables and meat with that bit of extra refinement.
