Our much awarded Gourmet Restaurant under the leadership of our master chef Dieter Kobusch is one of the best and most beautiful restaurants in Brandenburg.
Judges from the German food guides Varta, Aral, Feinschmecker and Bertelsmann described the chef Dieter Kobusch's cuisine as thoroughly convincing, refined and inventive, always concentrating on the freshest ingredients and "specialities which will fondle the eyes and palate of descriminating connoisseurs." "Master Chef of Brandenburg 2005"
We're very pleased to inform you that the chef of VIERSEITHOF in Luckenwalde, Dieter Kobusch was awarded the title "Master Chef of Brndenburg 2005".
The Berlin Partner Company has awarded annually the best chefs in the Berlin-Brandenburg region since 1997. The choice of the winner is decided by an independant jury consisting of representatives from companies and journalists. Along with the quality of the meals, the originality of the creations, presentation of the food and the service is taken into consideration when voting. The official prize giving took place at a gala dinner on 30 October 2005 in the Hotel Interconti in Berlin in front of 200 invited guests. Dieter Kobusch won the hearts of the guests with his entrée "baked char fish with a goats cheese and pumpkin tartlet and crab froth". After the award ceremony he wascongratulated by the Minister for Brandenburg Schönbohm, with his wife Anja embracing him. His parents watched on with great pride.

The Winecellar of the building offers exactly the right choice for every taste. Renowned and (still) unknown vineyards from national and international vintners are extensively represented and are naturally on offer in both the cosy Weaver's Room and the Gourmet Restaurant of VIERSEITHOF.
