A House for Individuals
and People with Style
At the gateway to Berlin and Potsdam, at the heart of the Fläming area, a piece of Prussian history bids you a warm welcome. A manor house since 1782. A four-star hotel since 1997.

The Vierseithof, built in Prussian baroque style in 1782 by a miller, is now, along with the neighbouring manufacturing building, one of the most popular starting points for the region south of Berlin. This graded building was carefully restored between January 1996 and August 1997 and transformed into a
First Class Hotel with a Gourmet Restaurant and Art Gallery.
With the cities of Berlin and Potsdam just on the doorstep, the Vierseithof is however situated in this much more peaceful region of attractive natural and historical interest and has become a starting point for both business and private customers.
The Vierseithof can boast 43 individually decorated first-class double and single rooms as well as a spa area for the sole use of our hotel guests containing a swimming pool, sauna and solarium. The adjoining art gallery displays changing exhibitions and this former production hall may now serve as an unusual forum for events, seminars and workshops.

The interior dressings of the house are distinguished with works by celebrated artists. Guests will find in excess of 100 pieces of art decorating the bedrooms, corridors and the many extra rooms. The paintings, sculptures and silk-screen prints, specially made for the Vierseithof bear a close relationship with the region in every respect. It therefore goes without say that the whole ensemble has become a domicile for all lovers of modern art within the shortest of times.
The art also extends to the hotel's culinary side. Our head chef Dieter Kobusch is a man with international experience and a correspondingly large repertoire. He not only excels with his knowledge and considerate use of
seasonal products, but he is also skilled and innovative with his application of
regional specialities. Through keeping our
menu purposely limited, our kitchen in the gourmet restaurant can concentrate exclusively on the market.
The rustic Weberstube (Weaver's Room) of the Vierseithof offers a relaxed but refined atmosphere that should be hoped for in most hotel bars. We offer a welcome break here with a variety of beer specialities on tap and equally good but down-to-earth cuisine.
The
Winecellar of the house will cater for every taste. Our extensive wine list is drawn from both renowned and (still) little-known, national and international vineyards and are naturally on offer in both gastronomical areas.
The design of the restaurant at Vierseithof is modern and complemented by imaginative as well as appetising art. The ambience is enlivened by simple restraint and tasteful luxury.
